During the session I will keep it light and fun. I will coach you through posing for maternity sessions, gently soothe and safely pose your newborn, and play and make milestones as much fun to capture as they are to look back on!

Once you reach out I will send over full session and investment details and you can choose which option is right for you. I will then send over a contract and invoice to finish your booking.
As far as when to book your session I recomend maternity sessions be scheduled between 30-36 weeks so you have a nice baby bump but before you may experience swelling. Newborn sessions are best done within the first two weeks so get your due date on my calendar a couple months in advance. These are general guidelines and sometimes life happens. If you have a baby over two weeks old don't fret I have photographed newborns up to 8 weeks.
Booking

Once booked I will ask a few questions to assist me in creating a custom session perfect for you. My studio has all the props, layers, outfits, and accessories needed for your newborn session so all you have to bring is baby! For maternity and milestone sessions I have a client closet available for use during your session (3mo, 6mo, 9mo and 1 year). I can also provide styling assistance for all sessions if desired.
A day or two before your session I will send a reminder as well as some simple prep instructions to ensure a smooth session.

Yay, the day of you session has arrived! We will meet at the chosen location (this will be included in your reminder). I will have your session set up and ready to go. If using wardrobe from my client closet I will have it ready and steamed for you. I will guide you through posing while keeping things light and stress free. You and your loved ones are in trusted, nurturing hands.
The Day of Your Session

After your session I will email a proof gallery within a couple days. This gallery will be unedited except for one or two. You will select your favorites and once you finish let me know. I will then begin the editing process and you will have your finished portraits in 1-3 weeks. I will email over the final gallery for you to download. If you wish to order prints and products we can do that at this time.
